1. Acceptance of Terms

LifePolicy-Support-Team.com is operated by Elijah Kanoho, a licensed independent insurance producer (NPN 19277496).

We are:

  • NOT an insurance carrier

  • NOT a policy servicing department

  • NOT affiliated with or endorsed by any specific insurer unless explicitly stated in writing

  • NOT a government agency

We do not issue insurance policies directly.
We do not administer, service, or modify existing insurance policies.
We do not have access to insurance carrier internal databases or underwriting systems.

We assist consumers by providing general information, conducting coverage comparisons based on information voluntarily provided, and facilitating applications with licensed insurance carriers.

3. No Carrier Representation or Authority

Nothing on this Site shall be interpreted as:

  • Employment by an insurance carrier

  • Authorization to service or alter existing policies

  • Authority to process claims

  • Authority to make underwriting decisions

  • Authority to bind coverage

Any policy review is based solely on consumer-provided information.

Only the issuing insurance carrier has authority to approve, issue, modify, or terminate a policy.

4. No Guarantee of Approval, Savings, or Outcomes

We do not guarantee:

  • Policy approval

  • Premium reductions

  • Coverage increases

  • Underwriting classifications

  • Policy replacement suitability

  • Rate accuracy prior to underwriting

All quotes, comparisons, or illustrations are estimates and subject to full underwriting review by the issuing carrier.

5. Replacement & Policy Lapse Disclosure

If applying for new coverage:

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining any existing coverage until new coverage is approved, issued, and in force.

  • We do not recommend canceling or altering existing coverage before written confirmation of new coverage.

  • Replacement decisions are voluntary and made at your sole discretion.

We are not responsible for policy lapse, cancellation, or loss of benefits resulting from consumer decisions.

6. Informational Purposes Only

Content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute:

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of:

  • $500

  • Or the commission earned on the issued policy, if any

8. Third-Party Carriers

Insurance policies are issued exclusively by licensed insurance carriers.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier underwriting decisions

  • Policy terms

  • Claims determinations

  • Carrier privacy practices

  • Carrier system errors

All contractual obligations are between the policyholder and the issuing carrier.

9. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada.

You waive:

  • The right to a jury trial

  • The right to participate in a class action

  • The right to bring claims in a representative capacity

Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

10. Call Recording & Communications Consent

Calls may be recorded for:

  • Compliance

  • Training
